Inspired by Bavarian and Israeli Resilience: How could developing countries provide food security for their citizens?

Climate change, the war in the Ukraine and other geo-political conflicts are having an acute effect on all of us, but especially on developing countries. Both Bavaria and Israel, with their long lasting economic and scientific partnership, are searching for new food solutions.

Bavaria and Israel cooperate together: As part of a side event at the Munich Security Conference on February 17th, 2023, organized by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, the Consulate General of the State of Israel in southern Germany and the Fraunhofer Center for Secure Intelligent Systems (LZSiS) it was discussed how Bavaria and Israel with their advanced food technologies and intelligent agricultural solutions could support developing countries in dealing with food security.
